Taverna Paradiso is a new venture by Pietro, Vincenzo, and chef Dario Di Pasquale, formerly the culinary mastermind behind Tentazioni di Gusto. This project was born from the desire to breathe new life into a historic Trapani restaurant, combining experience, passion, and deep roots in the region. A place where tradition meets inspiration, and every dish tells an authentic story of flavor and hospitality.
